Upon receipt of the order sheet, we would send you the confirmation.

For the first purchase of the SD test tools, "SD Test Tools Supply and Limited Use License Agreement" (NDA) is required.
Based on your order sheet, we will send you duplicate signed originals of the NDA by courier.

Invoice including banking information shall be issued upon receipt of duly signed NDA.
If purchaser has valid NDA, invoice shall be issued upon receipt of the order sheet.

The test tools are shipped upon.

• Receipt of one original copy of executed NDA
AND
• Acknowledgement of receipt of payment to our account

The test tools should be shipped via courier. Please return the Acknowledgement of receipt by fax or e-mail.

If you would like to purchase the tools via company in Japan (your agent, etc.), please inform us beforehand.
